paper: bump build 69 -> 132 for the same pinned Minecraft version
(1.21.11); no game-version change.
geyser: ci.opencollab.dev (the old Jenkins CI minecraft_geyser_url
pointed at) is retired, returning 502 on every path including the base
job page. Migrate to download.geysermc.org's v2 API, same pattern
main.yaml already uses for paper's fill.papermc.io v3 API: look up the
build info for its sha256, then get_url with that checksum so a version
bump actually triggers a re-download. The old Jenkins build number
("1538") and the new API's build numbers are unrelated sequences, so
this is a fresh pin (2.12.1 build 1273), not a continuation.
